This apartment has it all for whatever you are looking for, whether it be a family-friendly get away or a romantic outing. The amenities will not disappoint: 2 indoor hot tubs, 1 outdoor hot tub, 1 heated indoor pool, rec center, a 'kiddy' corner, workout facility, a gathering space for cooking or lounging, trails out the backdoor, centrally located, on a bus line, within walking distance to many restaurants and Rendezvous Central Park. The space is quaint but has all the comforts of home: latte/coffee machine, updated appliances, new mattress (2023), kitchen-island for cooking and eating, fireplace, bathroom and bedroom with plenty of dressers. Mountain biking is top notch in Winter Park (check out headwaters trails) Maximum capacity: 2 (Written consent will need to be given if more than 2 guests) The price may increase for the winter months but we are willing to lock in a price if you rent for longer periods of time. License #021282 We have large bins to store your skis, polls and boots (located directly outside the front door). The key to access the bins is located on the key ring just inside the door. Other things to note: -Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow animals for guests. -No smoking of any kind (no residual smoke) -Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am -Parking: Only park in Building 11 (no permit required) -Our TV offers ROKU.
