Rockport Estates is formerly known as Collins Community. We are offering a free pre-screening application for you to express interest. We will reach out if you are a viable candidate to be a tenant in our community, and only then will you be asked to pay a $30 per person background check. All adults living in the home are required to be on the lease and have a background check on file. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Rent includes trash removal, mowing, snow removal and two-off street parking spaces provided for every home. Security deposit is equal to one months rent.
