The unit also has a full size washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a pull-out sleep sofa in the living room. It also boast a full size kitchen with a breakfast bar. The rental includes all utilities and internet. The unit also includes a fully loaded kitchen (cookware, dishes). Also includes all linen and is move in ready. Tenants must sign a lease even if it is a 29-30 night stay. Also, there is a $300 cleaning fee. That will be deducted from the security deposit upon check out.
