Our current pet policies include: pet rent at $25.00/month per pet, non-refundable pet registration fee of $250 per pet, two pet max per apartment, max of 75 pounds combined weight. Restricted breeds include pitbulls, stadforshire terriers, rottweilers, alaskan malamutes, doberman pinchers, chows, great danes, saint bernards and akitas. The following pets are not permitted prior to written approval; guinea pigs, rabbits, sugar gliders, reptiles or amphibians.
