You will be delighted to live in a piece of Wilmington history, rich with culture and character. This welcoming community features abundant restaurants, breweries, bars, cafes, and boutiques; all within close distance. You will find residents and tourists alike enjoying the scenic views from Riverfront Park or enjoying the many museums and tours the city has to offer. The Carolina apartments are professionally managed by RCG. We offer 24 hour on-call service and a convenient tenant portal where rent can be paid and work orders can be placed digitally. Please note that first floor lobby and certain other areas in the building will be undergoing improvements throughout 2025. Please pardon our appearance during this time.
