Property

The property seemed to be in decent shape. It's a bit old and the interior is very dated. The ad claims 1000 sq ft, but it "felt" smaller than that. I don't have a good sense for measurements so maybe it really is that size. The interior doors have steel security gates on them, which is a bit intimidating as it indicates crime. The owner assured me there is has never been crime in the building, though the neighborhood has had some issues. There is parking in the rear of the building for the tenant, though guests will have a challenge finding spots on the street. Overall it didn't seem as spacious as I had hoped. That, combined with the dated feeling, and the steel gates made me pass on the prospect of renting there.

Management

The property manager seemed very nice and courteous. He communicated via text message and arrived on time for the showing. Outside of that I have little else to go on.
