2500 SE Anchorage Cv

Some Ac vents were slightly detached from the wall and clearly dirty. Was cringy. Ac also seemed to not be blowing well when standing in front of the vent. Second room had really bad paint job like swirls of Grey and can see the previous color underneath. Bathrooms were okay in general. Toilets were clearly really old and needed to be replaced, had old stains. Floor in dining area according to my husband looked pretty bad I didn't notice. Walls were very very beaten up. Only walls and room that looked good was the master bedroom and the master closet. Was disappointing to find the place like that because where the apartment is is actually a beautiful gated place. So I was surprised, but it's a private owner and they live in NY so maybe they are unaware of the conditions of the apartment. Agent was kind and understood when I said it looked nice in pictures but it's not for us after touring.
