Your dog must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered and current on all shots and immunizations. Please submit proof from your veterinarian with all current shots and immunizations. Management reserves the right to deny any animal, at any time, for reasons including aggression, behavior issues, etc. A pet picture is required. An additional deposit of $250 will be required for your pet. Total deposit will not exceed 1.5x gross rent.      Property

    Studio was much smaller than I anticipated... very boxy. Had to wait since agent was very late to meeting and showing. Also agent was Very Unprofessional used lots of cursing... must have used the "F" word at least 2 dozen times. Had little to no knowledge about specials.
