Broadmoor Villas - Unclaimed

The property and manager Mr. Michael were very pleasant on the property tour. We viewed a floorplan we fell in love with and were ready to put our deposit and application in. We had to wait for the person leaving prior who hadn't put a deposit down to return for assistance in completing and application. We'd like to have moved here however the kind Manager didn't allow us to apply unless the other applicant didn't do so although the unit was still on the market without a hold. This isn't how it's normally done if nothing is put down but we respect how kind Mr. Michael was to assist the prior applicant.
