     Property

    The condition of the unit itself was nice, the area is convenient. I like that there is laundry in the building and I like the balcony. The kitchen was recently updated to include new lower cabinets and freshly painted uppers.

     Management

    The landlord is kind and responsive. He answered all of my questions with honesty and didn't try to fluff talk me. Overall very impressed.
