Property
The rental property, besides the natural layout which was one of the main deal breakers, was still occupied by the current tenant. It was messy and dirty during our visit. The building has a “little gym” we only passed by and we’re not able to see inside, property manager did not offer to show. There is also just a little courtyard with a few chairs as a common area. We had an overall bad impression.
Management
The property manager was at first polite. Not the friendliest but seemed to me he liked to just be straight to the point kind of person. Showed us around the property thoroughly but when we were heading down in the elevator, he ran into a friend and started talking to them. When the doors opened he continued with his conversation and did not acknowledge us again. Found this a bit unprofessional and rude. we said goodbye and he just waved back and said bye from a distance and went back to his friend. Left a bit disappointed with this.
