Property
Cluttered with current tenant preparing to move and seemed a bit dark. Difficult to find parking near location. Priced $100 over other units in the complex that showed just as well. I would have pursued had the price point been equivalent to the other units which were also 2nd and 3rd floor units.
Management
Tenants quickly accommodated my request to see the unit. I just found the apartment being occupied a distraction and small things that would need to be fixed after they moved out - not crazy that they had cats.
