Close to the OHSU complex and Portland Ballet school in Portland's Johns Landing neighborhood. All utilities, internet, one assigned parking space under roof and available guest parking are included. Minimum 30-day rental. This Heron Pointe condo is comfortably furnished with one queen and 1 full sized bed, a well-equipped kitchen, in unit washer dryer, 55" tv and all linens. Desk and roller chair will be added in the 2nd bedroom. The large walk out, partially undercover patio space is steps from the Willamette riverside path. It's walkable/bikeable to OHSU & PBS to the north and a large park to the south with tennis courts, playground and kayak put-in, as well as neighborhood restaurants, bars, grocer & shops. A wonderful leafy tree lined oasis in the city! This is a no smoking and no pet unit. The rental contract must be for a minimum of 30 days to be paid in advance. Each subsequent 30-day stay is to be paid in advance. There is a $100 cleaning fee for each separate stay. The City of Portland requires a notice to applicants of the Portland Housing Bureau's Statement of Applicant Rights. Additionally, Portland requires a notice to applicants relating to a Tenant's right to request a Modification or Accommodation.
