This condo features a fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. The living space is clean, tastefully decorated, and offers plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. With free Wi-Fi, you can stay connected while unwinding in this non-smoking unit. Guests can enjoy access to three community pools, tennis courts, and a hot tub at each pool location. For a $150 nonrefundable pet fee, pets are welcome, but they must not be on furniture or beds and should be crated when left alone. Additionally, guests receive an $18 daily credit towards beach gear rentals, including bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. Located in the private, family-oriented community of Pawleys Island, this condo provides easy access to beaches, attractions, golf, swimming, and dining options. Check-in is available any day during the summer. Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained staff using CDC-approved protocols and disinfectants. Linens and towels are sanitized at our commercial laundry facility.
