Sundance Film Festival is a must-see for cinephiles, and summer guests will enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including golf, mountain biking, hiking, hot air ballooning, river rafting, and fly fishing. The open-concept design of this rental gives you plenty of room to spread out and unwind. Watch movies in the cozy living room by the fireplace, or lounge on the patio and revel in the sunshine. For added convenience, you'll also have a private washer/dryer and free WiFi. When mealtimes come around, the kitchen is supremely appointed and luxurious with gorgeous granite and beautiful appliances, so the chef of the group will look forward to whipping up vacation-worthy recipes. The dining room table and six chairs are a nice touch for a family who enjoys sit down meals. When you want to venture out a bit, the Bear Hollow Village clubhouse is complete with an outdoor pool during the summer months, a year-round shared hot tub, a fitness room, and a club room for gathering with friends! A 5 month minimum. No Smoking No Pets Two vehicles for parking...one in the garage and one in a permitted visitor spot. We will allow you to keep this rate over the winter if you sign a 6 month lease. ALL utilities, taxes and fees are included in this price. We do not charge any other fees other than the security deposit.
