Bayou House

Tucked away in Downtown Sarasota at the Bayou House, a direct waterfront location and less than a half a mile to Selby Botanical Gardens. An intimate building with a new roof (2017), extra storage on the same floor, both guest and assigned parking, together with private laundry facilities. There is a small dock accessing shallow waters for kayaking (available to Bayou House residents). It is mere minutes to Main Street shopping and dining and the surrounding areas with many cultural activities. Close to Marina Jacks, St. Armand's Circle and area beaches too Water included. Renter pays electric. No Smoking. Pets allowed with $250 deposit (per pet). Security deposit equivalent of one month's rent due and last month's rent due at signing. All persons renting apartments must be pre-approved through our Management Company, PCM, and our Condominium Board, prior to move in. A fee-based application form for a background check must be submitted.
