Management
Landlord and maintenance man were both very friendly, upbeat, gladly gave me all the info I asked for and more. They were honest -- told me the wait list was long but I was still welcome to be listed. They told me the rent would probably go up before my name came up on the list, etc. All aboveboard. Only good vibes here.

Since it was built in 1970, it is definitely a dated, older property. But the residents I met were exceptionally friendly and said it was a good place to live. I got to see inside a 2-bdrm they were doing a make-ready on -- and they were doing that right. New carpet, probably repainted, and I could see proper effort was being made. I put in an application the same day.
