Our Extra Large one bedroom apartments are 750 square feet with a private entrance, a HUGE lighted walk in closet, washer & dryer hook ups, plush w/w carpet, an extra-large ceiling fan with built-in lights, 2" high quality wood mini blinds, extra-large rooms, extra-large windows, extra-large full bath with gorgeous new vanity, lights and mirror, refrigerator with built in ice maker*, garbage disposal, stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, spacious counter tops with eat in bar top, tons of cabinet space, Every apartment is sunny and super clean, non-smoking, front door parking (to accommodate 1 car, per person, per apartment), Autumn Chase Apartment Community has 3 ponds with fountains, all within lush immaculate grounds & landscaping. Had along day at work? Cook dinner on our outside charcoal grills while enjoying the sunset at the designer relaxation area, picnic tables and swings. We promise to make your experience fun, stress free, and most of all unforgettable! We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along with a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. We require a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. Applicants must have good credit and meet or exceed the minimum gross monthly income requirement of $3,585.00-$4,035.00 ($43,020.00-$48,420.00 annually) please call for additional application qualifications. Security deposit of $1,445.00-$1,575.00 is due with your signed 12-month lease. *If you have a credit score of 700 or above and meet all additional criteria, you will qualify for a reduced security deposit equal to one month's rent. This is a market rent community. Our professionally managed onsite office maintains Autumn Chase Apartment Community and the Sinclair Phase II in Conway. Due to the nature of our business, calls are answered as quickly as possible and emails replied to only once daily.
