The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower, long granite counters and make-up vanity. The kitchen includes granite counter tops with bar seating. Also included, is a separate dining area. The large living room has an open view of the golf course. Augusta village has its own community pool and barbeque area within steps of the condo. The patio area is also available for drinks or meals along with a nice late night fire pit for cooler evenings. In addition to this condo, is a beautiful clubhouse overlooking the golf course with a restaurant and bar all within walking distance. The condo is only available from April 30th thru November 1st, with a 90-day minimum stay. Cable and internet are included. Water and electric will be capped at a rate of $100 each per month. The excess will be paid by the tenant. There are to be no pets or smoking in the unit. There is a $300.00 application fee and background check. There is a $100.00 cleaning fee.
