Close to all, 10 min. drive to DFW, Six Flags, ATT Stadium and Ball park. Free Swimming pool and Gym. Pet Owners need not apply. Condo fee will be paid by the owner but electric bill by the renter. One month's rent and One month's security deposit required. Good credit record and steady job history required. Owner pays for water, Renter pays for Electric, WIFI, and cables . Security deposit cannot be used for last moth's rent. Rent must be paid by 3rd of the moth. If rent is paid after the 7 day of the month there will be a late charge of 50 dollars. If rent is not paid after the 7 day it will go under the process of eviction.
