    Home was in move in condition. Drawback for us was three flights of stairs.

    He was great! He will be a good landlord.

    I liked the property very much. However, the bedrooms were a little small and the kitchen was too small. For us, it was not right because it was on the third floor with no elevator.

    The owner is very personable and willing to work with his tenants. He's great!
