Within walking distance to food, fun and attractions including Ripley's Believe It or Not Odditorium, Wonder Works Upside Down Adventure, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini-golf, shopping, and more! Pier Park is just under six miles from this property, and offers a variety of shops and restaurants in a fun, vibrant setting. Head five miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and enjoy a shuttle boat tour. Or hop on a ferry over to Shell Island-it's only accessible by boat! This unit is available only for the months of November, December, January, February and March. For 2024/2025 season February and March are the only open months available but will be accepting 2025/2026 reservations. This is a snowbird rental during the off season, Nov thru March. March rental is $5200 all others are as posted $2100 book multiple months for discounted negotiable rate. All utilities are included, Parking pass and amenities bracelets need to be purchased for $85 at the concierge at check-in. This is a 1-time fee for the length of your stay includes 1 parking pass and 6 bracelets.
