The unfinished basement has a washer, dryer and plenty of room for storage. The back deck overlooks a large fenced in backyard, perfect for quiet gatherings. In the front is a covered porch for easy access to your mailbox and private entrance. There are two off-street parking spaces. No smoking inside. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Landlord lives just one town away. Security deposit varies by credit score. Credit report and background check required. ONLINE APPLICATIONS ONLY PLEASE. Owner pays for water, yard maintenance, weekly garbage pick-up and general snow removal. Parking is available on premises for two cars (unassigned). You are responsible for all utilities which include but are not limited to electricity, oil (for heat) and internet service. You are also responsible to keep the property tidy and take care of spreading ice-melt when needed. No smoking inside and no pets are allowed. Lease duration is 12 months and all adults named on the lease are required to carry renters' insurance for liability. 1. Combined applicants must gross 3X the rent, negotiable if you have rental assistance. 2. No recent collections (opened or closed) or late payments recorded on credit report within last 2 years 3. No felony conviction records 4. No evictions, bankruptcies, or foreclosures within the last 5 years Two months security deposit for credit scores 600 or higher and 3 months for credit scores below 600. Application fee: ~$40 application fee per adult occupant. Each adult must fill out their own application online using Zillow's application tool or similar provided the report contains a full credit report and background check. Results are valid for 30 days and may be re-used for other applications at no additional cost. All adult applicants must comply.
