    The 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the washer/ dryer are in a finished basement that has no heat or cooling downstairs. The main floor has the majority of the single pane windows painted shut so that you can’t open them. In the main floor you have forced gas heating with a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is extremely small so much you can cook and then turn around to wash your dishes and place into the dishwasher. There are 2 small bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main floor.
