The Fun Room includes arcades, a Foosball table, and bunk beds with a slide for kids' enjoyment. Parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost is $50 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. The nearest airport is St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, just 7 km from the property. Just a heads up, the property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times. Self check-in and check-out are available. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, but coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. A ring camera is located by the front door for safety and privacy. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and all of its amenities, either inside the home itself or in the private, fully fenced backyard. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.
