Terrific location only minutes from Hwy 401 and Wellington Road/White Oaks, close to tons of food and shopping, grocery and trails/parks. Bus stops right outside. Quiet family oriented complex with great trees and green space off the back deck (with BBQ). Renting for $1,250 per month + 50% of Hydro/Electricity bill (typically $50-70). Available as of September 1, 2025 subject to successful application and interview.. Please inquire with your (1) current occupation, and (2) current location. Proof of income and references may be requested. Smoking - Tenant shall not smoke inside the Property, which includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, vaporizers, e-cigarettes, etc. Tenant shall not damage, steal, or misuse any of the Property's Furnishings or Landlord's possessions. Tenant shall not possess, consume, partake in or facilitate the use of illicit drugs or other illegal substances at any time at the Property. Tenant shall not host parties or events without the express permission of the Landlord or Authorized Party. Tenant shall not care for any infants, children or other young visitors at the Property during the Term. Tenant shall adequately maintain their private space at the Property, ensuring general cleanliness and general upkeep. Tenant shall notify the Landlord of any damages, and coordinate repair as agreed upon between the Parties. Tenant shall ensure their dishes and kitchen appliances are cleaned within a reasonable time period after use, preferably within 24 hours. Tenant shall utilize the kitchen area in a respectful and reasonable manner, with consideration for the other house occupant(s).
