This is a first floor 3br 1b apartment located in the Oakdale neighborhood of Portland. It is conveniently located just off of Forest Avenue within the USM/Maine Med/Mercy Hospital area. There are pharmacies, gas stations, bus stops, coffee shops, restaurants and much more nearby as well as being walking distance to the Back Bay Trail. Tenant will rent on a month to month basis and must give 30 days notice (preferably more) when leaving the apartment. Landlord can request tenant vacate at any time, so long as 90 days notice is given to the tenant. Owner pays water. Gas and electric are the responsibility of the tenant. No Pets allowed, no smoking. One off street parking spot is included. Parking will be made available for more cars DURING PARKING BANS ONLY at no additional monthly cost. First, last and security due upon signing, but security can be broken up and paid over the first three months of occupancy if needed.
