Additional Lease Terms
Annual property inspection: A routine interior and exterior inspection will be conducted once every 12 months with proper notice. This is strictly to ensure the home stays in great condition and to address any maintenance needs.
Lease structure: The initial lease term is 12 months. After the first year, the lease will automatically convert to a month-to-month agreement unless renewed.
Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for reporting any issues promptly to prevent damage. Minor upkeep such as replacing air filters, keeping drains clear, and general cleanliness is expected.
Property care: Tenant agrees to maintain the unit in good condition and notify the owner of any repairs needed. No alterations to the property (painting, mounting TVs, adding fixtures, etc.) without written approval.
