Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Includes a dedicated workspace. The apartment is a duplex with a shared wall between the two homes. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly.
