Pet are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). Street permit parking is available for one car. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee.
The location could not be more perfect! There are many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. The apartment is within walking distance of the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Short North District, and less than a mile from downtown Columbus, Kroger Food Market, and Ohio State University campus. It's also a short drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, with easy access to major highways and COTA lines.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. Furniture is not to be rearranged.
