The home is a 5-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Short North District, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, and less than a mile to Kroger Food Market, downtown Columbus, and Ohio State University campus. It's also a short drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall, with easy access to all major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and no loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
