8. Alterations No painting or structural changes without written approval.
9. Entry Notice We'll always give 24-hour notice before entering the property, unless it's an emergency.
10. Early Termination Lease break fee equals one month's rent unless otherwise negotiated.
11. Renter's Insurance Required to protect personal property and liability.
