We offer free lawn service for the house. This unit was redone in 2023. New paint, counters, etc. Great neighborhood. Split duplex. Other renters are a nice couple. Close to White Rock Lake. Multiple bike trails. Also very close to the Casa Linda shopping center. 30 Freeway is a few miles away. Good community.
Tenants pay all utilities other than lawn care.
We have provided appliances for your convenience. Renter is responsible for repair. These are loaned to you. You do not have to accept these appliances if you don't wish.
Parking is shared driveway with the other half of the duplex.
