     Property

    New everything! New appliances, new paint, new carpet, recessed lighting, etc. A couple drawbacks-1.only one closet/pantry which is off the kitchen. 2.small entry door, which means you can only fit a single size mattress(maybe)-I had to disassemble my small dining table to get it in, and 3.small windows will only fit a small a/c unit. Private entrance, off street parking, surprizingly quiet-it's a nice little apartment! I rented it. I'll try to update this posting if there are any surprizes after I move in and get settled.

     Management

    He was layed back and seemed like a nice guy. Five stars for first impressions and initial 2 meetings.
