We are located in a farming area of Escondido and our property is tucked away at the far end of this rural residential area. We have about 15 different wineries within about a 10-mile radius of us, they are mostly in the town of Fallbrook, which we are adjacent to on the north side. There is also a full-size en suite bathroom in this primary bedroom suite area that includes a large soaking bathtub.
