The owner occupies the rest of the home and there is no common interior space. A kitchenette with a sink, two-burner stove, microwave, and small refrigerator/freezer provides a functional cooking area. All new custom cabinets, custom bed frame, new bed, new sofa, new Keurig coffee maker, new kitchen countertop table and chairs, cooking pots/pans, utensils, TV, towels, and linens. Pictures show the current state of the unit which was before everything was completed. The bed now has a headboard and nightstand with a lamp. Artwork and a mirror have been added. The closet is an adequate size but not large and there is a large dresser and lots of storage from the drawers under the bed. This apartment is only for one person with no pets. Seeking a clean, quiet person for a long-term lease but will start with month to month lease and a minimum of three months. If it works out, then could sign a one-year lease after that. The apartment will be professionally cleaned every 4-6 weeks (included in rent). Renter will be responsible for personal laundry as there is no washer/dryer in the unit. There are laundry services nearby. Walking distance to King Soopers, Waneka Lake, walking/biking trails, downtown Louisville is 1 mile away and can also be reached using mostly trails. A CrossFit gym is also in walking distance. The unit can be showed now. Seeking long term renter. Month to month lease with three-month minimum and intent to sign a longer lease after. All utilities included and access to wi-fi included. No pets, no smoking. Parking is on the street. Professional cleaning included every 4-6 weeks to clean the unit.
