We have a no pet policy as per our HOA rules and no smoking policy. Tenant will need to pay their own electric, cable and internet service. Landlord will pay for water/trash service. This rental is for a single family or individual. Owner maybe negotiable on the length of lease. Owner will pay for water/trash service.
