Great location in the heart of Conimicut Village, minutes from the beach, highway access, shopping mall, supermarkets and more. Conimicut point park is less than a half mile away. The best part is there is a locals Pub on the first floor, it's open from 1pm to 1am and the kitchen closes around 11pm daily. There is live music at least once a week, however that ends at 11:15pm max. Please show up to the address and you can speak to the bartenders, they will let you up in to the apartment for you to take a look. Leases are on a yearly basis. The addendum to the lease is required prior to moving in, as it acknowledges the noise level, on random days of the week and that the bar closes at 1am daily.
