Villa Navidad is not pet friendly, and if a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged, and the booking may be terminated. All trash must be bagged when placed in the dumpster, or a $20 charge will be applied. Includes a desk for remote work in the loft bedroom.
