We are looking for a great family to enjoy our lovely 1,750 square foot condo in North Lake Tahoe. This fully furnished, turn-key townhouse has wood floors throughout and is nestled above a babbling creek adjacent to the National Forest. The mountain and creek views are absolutely spectacular! The main level boasts an open floor plan that includes a brand new, fully remodeled kitchen as well as a breakfast bar, living room with gas fireplace, half-bathroom and dining room. The living area has a HUGE 82" flat screen smart TV, great for movies and football alike. Off the living room, sliding doors open onto the spacious patio, which has a gas-powered fire table, grill, and an infrared sauna for your apres ski enjoyment! Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 6. The first has a set of bunk beds for the kiddos, while another guest bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full, detached bath. The spectacular master suite includes a king bed, a large living space, full bathroom, and another deck with views overlooking the serenity of 3rd Creek. Parking is in front of the townhouse for 2 cars. Very quiet and private setting, but moments away from everything (1.9 miles to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, 9 miles to Mt. Rose Ski Resort, and 1.6 miles to downtown / Raley's supermarket). Included in the rent is Spectrum high-speed 5G wireless internet, water, snow removal, and weekly trash removal service. Tenants will be responsible for electric / gas and shoveling snow on the back patio. Interested tenants must fill out a rental application, which includes a credit screening. Rent is $3,800 per month plus $3,800 refundable security deposit required. Lease terms: either a 6-month or 12-month lease.
