The open-layout kitchen and dining area features a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, and griddle. Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker or a Keurig machine. There is seating for 12 around the dining table and seating for 8 at the breakfast bar. The laundry area includes a full-sized washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. There is also a half bathroom located in the downstairs hallway for easy guest access. A six-passenger golf cart is included for guests aged 25+ to enjoy cruising around. Pool heating is available for an additional fee during the cooler months. Up to 2 pets are allowed with a required pet fee. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. Located in the desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood, this home is just a block away from the beaches and directly across from the Destin Commons with shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance. Most local destinations can be reached by golf cart, and the town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction! The driveway can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Unfortunately, parking for boats, trailers, or RVs is not available. No streetside or overnight public parking is available. Pets must be house trained, are not permitted on furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed. Parties and events are not permitted.
