It is a short walk to the beach and you can hear the ocean at night -a great way to sleep. We just bought the house and we currently live in Colorado. We plan ultimately be in Hawaii for 6 months and Colorado for 6 months, but not for a couple of years. This is a one year lease, with the potential to renew for another year. This would be a perfect place for a traveling contract worker or nurse, or a place to live while you are looking for your dream home. Owner pays: water, trash and yard maintenance.
