Lovely home by the sea. Top floor with ocean views. Easy short walk to shops, restaurants and bus-stop. Bike trail in front of house runs 7 miles along the ocean. Lots of windows makes this a very sunny apartment, with plenty of semi sheers to block out the sun and keep the house bright. Overhead fans and the ocean breeze make it a delightful place to be. There is a large deck with several views to the sea. It is a short walk to the beach and you can hear the ocean at night -a great way to sleep.
We just bought the house and we currently live in Colorado. We plan ultimately be in Hawaii for 6 months and Colorado for 6 months, but not for a couple of years. This is a one year lease, with the potential to renew for another year. This would be a perfect place for a traveling contract worker or nurse, or a place to live while you are looking for your dream home.
