The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, plush seating, and large windows overlooking the wooded backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to make a meal or just a good cup of coffee. Outside, enjoy the fresh air or dine al fresco on the patio in the large, peaceful backyard. When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of the three private bedrooms: the primary bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom downstairs with a king-size bed, and the third bedroom downstairs with two queen-size beds. The living room couch also pulls out into a queen-sized bed. This property is pet-friendly, allowing dogs with a maximum of three. A fee of $90 per dog is required prior to your stay. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes.
