If an emergency maintenance issue happens tenant should call the property manager/ Landlord and shall send a follow-up email regarding the details of the situation. The tenant must obtain Renters insurance within 30 days of the move-in date and provide proof to the the property manager/Landlord via Email. The washer, Dryer, Fridge, Oven, and dishwasher are included appliances, Property manager/Landlord will not be responsible for the Replacement or repair of the washing machine and dryer in the event of breaking.
