The property was nicely kept up, owner walked us around and described everything about the property. The interior of the unit offered was less than appealing. the water heater was mini (only providing a 10 minute hot shower at a time) and there was no updating to the unit beyond new carpeting. The unit was kept in good condition but was outdated. The owner upon hearing that it wasn't large enough for us, offered his second much larger unit (3bed 2ba) which he had done a significant amount of upgrading to. It was a really neat place but the rent seemed a bit high for not having a garage for storage compared to some other rentals we had looked at in the area. The owner was an open and honest guy and was easily contacted. We were sorry it didn't work out for us.
