That's right - 225 magical acres of creeks, fields and forest, with lots of amenities located on over a mile of the Hiwassee River. It is truly a very rare find. The unit is located 30 minutes south of Athens, Tennessee and 30 minutes north of Cleveland, Tennessee. If you are okay with a bit longer commute, this unit is located 45-50 minutes from Chattanooga. We have had families in the past commute there daily just so that they could live here! The drive in and out of here goes right along the famous Hiwassee river and the view is beautiful. Early morning and sunset views along the river are doubly awesome. As for the apartment itself, this is a nice, clean, 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. It is a lower level apartment, meaning that there is another residence above it occupied by our mother/mother-in-law. The upper level residence is totally independent of this unit. You have your own private parking area. Water and sewer is included, as well as property wide Wi-Fi. The bottom line is that this is a very nice and fully functional unit in very good condition, and with lots of space, but see the pictures to verify that it meets your needs. We can provide this property furnished or unfurnished. Furnished is an additional $200/month. We can modify the bed size in each room to accommodate your specific needs.
