This home comfortably accommodates families and groups with three well-appointed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms including a spa-style primary suite with a freestanding tub. Heated bathroom floors in the primary suite, a large mudroom, and a heated garage make winter stays especially comfortable. Step outside to the spacious back patio perfect for grilling, gathering, and enjoying the fresh mountain air. Plans are in place to add a private hot tub in time for the summer 2026 season. Set in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Jackson Hole, Grand Targhee Resort, Yellowstone, and Swan Valley, this retreat is an ideal basecamp for year-round mountain fun. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, please be respectful to our neighbors. If butts are found on the property from smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks, an additional charge will be applied. Minimum $500 fine for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
