Property
The "bedroom" had no window. The kitchen was very large and spacious but the ceiling needs replacing. The cabinets and appliances also could use an update. The front "living room" is okay but pretty small. No tub. Bathroom needs updating. The highlight was the outside space Private patio and a shared garden. The place could be okay if refurbished, but no window in the bedroom is definitely weird.
Management
The agent who met us was familiar with the property. She was very friendly. She was a little late but not unreasonably so. She made sure to confirm the appointment with me the day before.
