Just completed in April 2024, Daffodil is a brand new community in Logan Heights, cultivated by San Diego artists and craftsmen. The community includes 15 Apartments, a 6-Room Boutique Hotel called Hotel Narcissus and a Mexican Fusion Restaurant and Speakeasy Cocktail Bar, Alchemy, projected to open Summer 2024. The apartments consist of a wide array of 1 bedroom open floor plan concepts and studios. All spaces are uniquely different but focus on the same fundamentals of quality natural light and indoor-outdoor connectivity. Logan Heights is one of the most beloved urban neighborhoods in San Diego. It is highly coveted mostly due to its eclectic art scene and close proximity to Downtown. Daffodil is located at the base of the Coronado Bridge, less than 1-Mile Southeast of Petco Park. It is a 5-10 minute bike ride and a 20-25 minute walk to Downtown. It is located directly across the alley from Bread & Salt, a San Diego gem known for its renowned art gallery with rotating artists and many special events and exciting pop ups centered around the arts, music and food & beverage. Provecho Coffee and Mujeres Brew House are other community favorites at Bread & Salt. Daffodil is also only a few steps from Chicano Park and some of San Diego's most popular restaurants and bars including Cafe Moto, Hayes Burger, Ciccia Osteria, Fish Guts, Las Cuatro Milpas, Thorn Brewing and many more local favorites.
There is no onsite parking at Daffodil, however being located on the North side of the 5 Freeway in a mostly single-family scale neighborhood and just outside of all the action on Logan Ave., there is always plenty of non-metered street parking just steps from your apartment. There is an onsite community laundry room.
