    KBOX, designed by Kaiserworks, is an award-winning, fully furnished modern guesthouse located on the same property as a historic 1907 Grand Pyramid Cottage in Garfield Historic District, downtown Phoenix. Nestled in a lushly planted oasis with views of the Phoenix skyline, KBOX offers its own private outdoor space complete with a fire pit, deck chairs, and dining area, separate from the main house. The property is walking distance to two restaurants: Gallo Blanco and Welcome Diner. KBOX features a highly tailored interior with central air conditioning, a smart TV, electric glass cooktop, convection microwave oven, disposal, wireless router, bathroom with shower, cork floors, solid surface countertops, expansive insulated windows, roll shades, and a large glass pivot door. Due to the tailored design, additional furniture cannot be accommodated. A single person, and not a couple is what we are looking for to minimize street parking, and due to the compact size of KBOX. Interested applicants should respond to this email with the following: 1) how many people you are, 2) what is your credit score, 3) income, 4) ideal lease start date, and 5) lease length (please do this so we know you've actually read this information). The Grand Pyramid Cottage (the main house) is home to me, Christoph, and also hosts a small design and architecture studio (Kaiserworks) on the second floor, and occasionally hosts small events on the first floor of the main house. The atmosphere of the property as a whole is peaceful - like a tranquil garden. We are looking for a tenant that would like to maintain that peaceful vibe. KBOX tenants have access to a laundry room at the back of the main house. Shorter leases may be considered but will affect the monthly rate. Income verification and a background check are required as part of the application process. Tenant pays flat $250/mo fee for wifi internet, electricity, water, gas, trash and garden services. $1550 plus $250 totals $1800 all inclusive. (one year lease)
