There is a Queen bed up a little spiral staircase that is not for the faint of heart! Sit on the little patio and watch the beautiful sunsets! This lovely property is in a wonderful part of town. North of the i70 is country living only a few miles from town. Beautiful views of the monument, bookcliffs, mesa and even mount garfield. This is located just north i70 on 24 RD between Palisade and Fruita! Parking for 2 cars. No smoking.
